Knowing the market is the job.
Telling you the truth
about it is the difference.
You’ll get an agent who answers the phone, knows the numbers, and tells you the truth when something doesn’t make sense.
I live here, I work here, and I’m going to see you around town. Maybe at the grocery store. Likely without makeup. Hopefully you recognize me.
Meet Heather
Real Estate Should Feel Personal. Because It Is.
Buying or selling a home is a big deal. It’s your money, your future, your family, and sometimes a completely new chapter of your life. You shouldn’t have to navigate all of that with someone who treats you like another transaction number.
I’m Heather Yaple, a REALTOR® with Premier South, and I’ve been helping buyers and sellers across North and South Carolina since 2017. I’ve lived on Lake Wylie for 11 years, so I know this area not just from a map, but from actually living here.
I know what it’s like to make a big move, learn a new area, and make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, sometimes from hundreds of miles away. I’ve helped first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, military families, investors, land buyers, and clients who bought completely sight unseen. And many of those clients come back and trust me with their next move, too, which I don’t take lightly.
I’m intentional.
I’m not the REALTOR® who is going to push you into a purchase or sale just to get a deal done. I’ll give you the advice you need, including the things I think you should know that aren’t always being talked about.
I also intentionally keep my client list small. That means you get me, not an assistant, a shared inbox, or someone you’ve never met stepping in when things get complicated.
For Buyers
I’ll help you ask the right questions, spot potential concerns, understand what you’re really buying, and know when it’s worth slowing down and taking a closer look.
Because I promise you, while you’re looking at the pretty countertops, I’m looking at the grading, the HVAC, the crawl space, the age of the roof, and wondering why that one outlet looks like it has seen some things.
For Sellers
It means more than putting a sign in the yard and hoping for the best. I’ll give you honest advice about pricing, preparation, positioning, negotiations, and the things that can impact your bottom line, even when it’s not necessarily what you want to hear.
Sometimes that means telling you your house is ready to go. Sometimes it means telling you we need to fix something first. And occasionally it means having the difficult conversation about the seven different pieces of furniture you’ve somehow managed to fit into one bedroom.
The Know
I want to know what matters to you, what keeps you up at night, and what you’re trying to accomplish. I also want to know when you’re getting ready to panic so I can remind you that no, we are not making a life-altering decision until we have all the answers.
Whether you’re relocating, buying, selling, or figuring out your next move, I’m here for you.
Real estate is what I do.
Taking care of my people is how I do it.
Relationships First. Service Always.

AWESOME experience working with Heather. She took all the stress away and just made the process so easy. When or if the time comes again no doubt she will be my first call!
Heather is a true professional. She was able to navigate the sale of our house while simultaneously helping us with the purchase our new one. It was daunting, but she made it seem easy and painless.
Highly recommend Heather Yaple. She helped us relocate after being in our home for 48 years. Heather provided us with great resources to help facilitate the move and purchase. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Heather was exceptional at helping us find our forever home. She's very professional, kind, compassionate and made the home buying process a breeze.
We've had the absolute best experience not only once but twice with Heather. From farm land to lake front, she knew the area and exactly what we wanted.
We would not have wanted to work with anyone other than Heather. This process can be extremely stressful but Heather made it anything but. 5 gold stars.
Heather was awesome to work with. She made the house buying process so easy and really held our hand every step of the way, always available to answer questions.
Heather was great at getting us through the hurdles of back to back closings, keeping everything moving.
Home Valuation
What is your home actually worth?
An automated estimate doesn't know you redid the kitchen, or that the house behind yours sold in a hurry for reasons that had nothing to do with the market. I'll pull real comparable sales, and give you a number with the reasoning attached.
- Comparable sales, not an algorithm
- Notes on what to fix and what to leave
- No obligation to list with me
